For example, a dentist page dedicated entirely to root canals will typically outperform a general services page that only mentions root canals in passing.
For this site, we applied the same principle to mold remediation by targeting a specific and underserved audience: individuals suffering from mold-related illness (CIRS). These users require a far more detailed (and higher-cost) form of mold remediation that meets strict health standards. Creating dedicated pages for this niche allowed the site to rank for high-intent, high-value searches.

- The site is ranking organically #1 in its city for its key service search term (“Mold Removal”).
- The site is ranking organically #1 across the state of Florida for CIRS-related search terms. Because CIRS remediation is a highly specialized service that few mold remediation companies target, these pages are able to rank statewide – driving especially lucrative, high-value leads due to the premium nature of the service.

Map Rankings:
The site currently ranks around #3 in Google Maps. Map visibility is heavily influenced by review volume and consistency. In my experience, even a steady pace of 1–4 new reviews per month could significantly improve and stabilize map rankings.
Next Growth Step:
The next phase would be a more aggressive multi-city expansion strategy. Because the site already ranks #1 in a highly competitive niche and has strong topical authority, it may be possible to expand into nearby cities without heavy link building, relying primarily on on-site SEO (content expansion and internal optimization).
