Case Study : Trust USA Home Health

Ranking & Lead Generation
Platform:

Summary
Trust USA is a home health company based in South Florida. The original website consisted of just five pages and did not rank within the first 10 pages of Google search results. This project involved a complete website overhaul, including the creation of 40+ pages of content and comprehensive SEO implementation.
Special Focus 1: Usability
As a former UX researcher, I generally avoid flashy websites with excessive animations or competing points of focus, as these elements can distract users and make content harder to scan.
For this project, that approach was especially important because the site’s visitors include elderly patients as well as younger family members researching care options. The goal was to build an SEO-optimized website that could rank well while remaining simple, intuitive, and easy to navigate – supporting both usability and conversions.
Special Focus 2: Rich Content
Google places a strong emphasis on rich, in-depth content. The original site had only five pages, so I expanded it to more than 40 pages covering:
- The full range of home care services
- Spanish-language pages (critical for the South Florida market)
- Location-specific pages to improve local search visibility
Results
The site now ranks #1 organically in its primary city for its core service keyword (“Home Care”) and appears prominently in multiple nearby cities.
It also ranks #1 for Spanish-language searches, such as “cuidado de salud en el hogar plantation,” as well as for specific service queries like “alzheimer home care plantation.”
Note: When sharing results, I focus on rankings because they are the one SEO metric that can’t be faked. Anyone can verify these results by running the searches themselves on their own computer.
The site is ranking organically #1 in its city for its key service search term (“Home Care”).

Clean, Professional Website Designed for Clarity and Conversions

Final Thoughts
Map rankings:
The site does not currently rank well in Google Maps due to having only eight reviews. Map visibility is heavily influenced by review volume and consistency. In my experience, an additional 10–20 reviews would likely have resulted in strong map rankings. I can help develop an effective review strategy, but ultimately clinicians need to ask patients for reviews.Next growth step:
The next phase would be a more aggressive multi-city ranking strategy, which typically requires additional backlink acquisition to support broader geographic visibility.
